These terms apply to demo.deal and every preview site at name.demo.deal (the "Site"), operated by Zone11, LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to them.
A preview is a draft website we build for one business, free of charge and without obligation. It stays viewable for 21 days from its first visit, after which it is marked as expired. Looking at a preview does not commit you to anything.
Previews use the business's own public information, photos and reviews so the owner can see their business on a new site. The business keeps all rights to its name, marks and content. If you are the owner and want a preview removed, email support@zone11.ai and we will take it down.
If you choose to buy a website, the price, what is included and how billing works are shown before you pay and form part of these terms.
When you text us, for example with the Text us button on a preview, you agree to receive text message replies from Zone11, LLC about your conversation: your preview, your questions and any website you buy. We do not send marketing texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Texting us is not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Don't try to disrupt, copy or misuse the Site or its previews.
The Site and previews are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
