Privacy Policy

demo.deal and every preview site at name.demo.deal (the "Site") are operated by Zone11, LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

1. What we collect

Business information we use to build a preview. Public information about a business, such as its name, address, phone number, hours, photos and reviews from its public Google Business Profile and its existing website.

Information you give us. Your name, phone number, email address and the content of your messages when you text, email or call us, or buy a website.

Visit information. When a preview is opened we record the date and time of the first visit, so the 21-day preview period can start, and basic technical information your browser sends (such as IP address and browser type). Scans of the QR code on our postcards are counted by our CRM provider.

2. How we use it

To build and show the preview for that business.
To answer your questions and provide the website you buy.
To keep records of our outreach, including when a postcard was sent and whether a preview was opened.

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Site and our business (for example web hosting, our CRM and messaging platform, payment processing and printing and mailing), and only as needed for them to do that work, or when the law requires it.

4. Text messages (SMS)

If you text us, for example with the Text us button on a preview, we use your mobile number only to reply to you about that conversation: your preview, your questions and a website you buy from us. We do not send marketing texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Keeping and removing information

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above. To have a preview taken down, or to ask what we hold about you or have it deleted, email support@zone11.ai.

6. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) on every page of the Site.

7. Children

The Site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
